TWELVE new homesites have been released in the latest stage of Bridgewater.
The newly titled homesites are 510sqm to 632sqm, with large 15 metre to 20 metre frontages. The new homesites are priced from $194,000.
A limited number of titled lots are also still available in the first release, Peppermint Retreat, with sizes starting from 496sqm and prices from $192,000.
The budding Bridgewater community is starting to take shape, with construction under way on the first wave of homes, and a Scott Park display home now open.
