PROVIDING the right advice about storage solutions has earned a Cannington business a key WA Retail Award for the second year in a row.

Howard’s Storage World earned the consumer durables and household goods award for their customer service.

Franchise owner Denise Thomas said the award acknowledged the focus on providing information and support to its customers.

“As we are not based in a shopping centre, customers have to go out of their way to shop with us,” she said.

“I think it is only right that we should also go out of way to help them.”

Denise said more people were looking for storage and goods to organise their lives.

“People are doing up their homes instead of buying new homes,” she said.

“This has meant more people are looking for storage and organising solutions.”
