I once lived near a park & also got fed up with hearing the drunken hooligans, never again. So I can sympathise with you. As I am in the same area as you I also love the birds & applaud the new cat law's. What's the first thing I would do as the Mayor? Retire! Then someone with more insight could sort out this paid parking mess? Maybe we could ask Ahjan Brahm to sort it out with his wisdom? One of his answer's might be, "Money is the root of all evil." Kulcha good choice, except I hardly go now as it's too popular & busy!
