After working as a chef on private yachts in the US for the past five years, Jodie decided to return home to open her own gourmet pizza takeaway outlet.
Through her previous experience of creating meal options that cater for a range of dietary requirements, Jodie became an expert at concocting gluten-free, dairy-free and fat-free options that still tasted delicious.
Chili jam is a spicy, oil-free sauce that Jodie learnt to make in her time in the US, and found it to be the perfect base to some of her gourmet pizzas.
Those looking for something with bite can ask for it drizzled on their pizza of choice.
Customers of Chili Jam are treated to an impressive range of gourmet pizzas such as the Thai king prawn, Morroccan lamb, pumpkin, rocket and pesto, and the delicious Tandoori chicken featuring Tandoori marinated chicken, roasted capsicum and grilled eggplant drizzled with minted yoghurt.
If these creative toppings seem a little too adventurous, Jodie has ensured all bases are covered with a range of classic pizzas such as pepperoni, margherita , barbecue chicken and supreme.
However, it has to be said – once you go gourmet, you won’t look back.
For a lip-smacking family feast, why not mix it up a little with a pasta dish or two, salads and kids pizzas.
Be sure to leave room for the imaginative and utterly divine sweet dessert pizzas that include choc raspberry, apple almond crumble and banana choc caramel.
